You tell us what you're working on, what's not working, and what you've already tried. We tell you whether we think we can help, what an engagement might look like if so, and who else you should talk to if not. Most calls end with one of three outcomes: a follow-up scoping conversation, a written recommendation for what you should do next, or an introduction to a partner who's a better fit than us.

We don't pitch on these calls. We don't run a discovery script. We don't ask qualifying questions designed to disqualify you. The point is to work out, together, whether there's a real engagement worth pursuing.
